Administration – Clerk's Department
The Municipal Clerk's Department looks after the administration requirements of the municipality.
The Clerk's department is responsible for:
- providing support to Council,
- maintaining agenda and minutes,
- records retention,
- marriage licences and ceremonies,
- document commissioning,
- municipal elections (every 4 years),
- freedom of information,
- accessibility legislative requirements.
